NextUC Net Promoter Score is 35
February 27, 2012

NextUC continues to add users at record pace as every month goes by.  The good news is that the new users are also extremely satisfied with the experience.  NextUC leverages the Net Promotor Score (NPS) as its standard for customer satisfaction and has posted a 35 for the month of February.  Pretty impressive when compared to others in related industries…  So, what is driving that experience?

It seems reasonable to think that communication and collaboration services are trending the same way other technology areas are as it relates to the cloud.  Customers expect to have an easy time understanding your product, be turned on and working immediately, pay a reasonable cost for service and have no long term contracts.  Those all seem like reasonable customer requests, but are all things that communication and collaboration companies have fought for years.  Chang is coming!

NextUC has approached the Team Collaboration and Communication concept from a different perspective.  Gone are the days when it took 60 days to evaluate, 45 days to implement and another 60 days to get a product working correctly.  Customers are evaluating in 2 days, onboarding in 5 minutes and are off and collaborating immediately. This is the way things should be in the future and for NextUC customers it is happening today.

NextUC Changing The Unified Communications Paradigm

Foster City, CA – February 22nd, 2012: Today, NextUC announces that it is adding a new business customer an average of every 6 hours.  NextUC leverages Microsoft Lync Enterprise for some of the business collaboration and communication framework for its revolutionary service, and has made the adoption and turn up its full business communications product a 5 minute exercise.

Traditionally a business can take 190 days from investigation to actually completing an installation of a Unified Communications and Collaboration product.  NextUC has changed that traditional paradigm and has closed the loop to an average of a 2 day evaluation period and a 5 minute turn up period.  NextUC’s product is changing the way that businesses adopt and enable core communications services including: web meetings, telephony, unified messaging, chat, presence and video conferencing.

“Teams are now coming to the website, evaluating our service, creating groups of users independently of corporate IT, enabling clients on a wide range of platforms including MAC, iOS, Android, Windows Phone and the PC” said Bob Barnes, Director of Product Marketing and Sales.  “These teams are making faster decisions, improving the way they communicate internally as well as to the world and paying a very reasonable price for services”.

NextUC users can use a broad range of devices including Jabra, Polycom and other phones either tethered to PCs or Mac’s, or as full Ethernet phones.  NextUC also supports Microsoft Lync clients on iPhones, iPads, Android and Windows Phones.  This combination of platform support provides business teams a unique opportunity to generate more production and make faster decisions.  In addition, NextUC requires no installation fees, no term commitments and can have telephone numbers up and working in minutes.

NextUC believes that communication is the heart of high performance teams and brings professional collaboration to life by delivering one unified communications product for complete collaboration: presence, chat, voice, video, conferencing, web sharing and more for free for a limited time.
